Hey friend! My name is Elizabeth Callahan, I’m a wife to a wonderful man, a mama to two little ones, Brinley (3) and Asher (1), and an avid fitness enthusiast with 20 years of strength training experience!
I’ve been passionate about staying active and getting strong since before I can even remember. Getting my heart rate up and sweating is an activity that I absolutely love! It’s almost like an adrenaline rush! Not to mention the difference it made in my life during a time of depression and anxiety. I searched for comfort in many different ways, all of which made my problems worse. Once I started to train hard and eat mindfully again, every aspect of my life seemed to improve drastically and I knew it was going to be a lifestyle for me!
I started Strong Mama Collective with one goal in mind! I want to help YOU find your fire! Through workouts, mindset hacks, daily workout motivation and accountability, this community can empower you to live out a healthy and fulfilling life by getting FIT.
