Fitness is not a one-size fits all, and after years of trial and error, I understand that all women are created differently but each has their own FIRE that makes them feel alive. It’s my goal to help you find that!

During my first pregnancy (following a miscarriage), I gained 90 lbs! I was emotionally and physically in the worst shape of my life. Everyday tasks were daunting, and I had no motivation or energy to do anything. I was miserable and didn’t recognize this person I had become. I decided enough was enough and I started back at square one. I went out and bought some workout clothes that actually fit me and just got to work! Little by little I regained strength and naturally lost the weight. I can tell you from experience, there is nothing better than getting strong! It is invigorating and empowering.
