Day one > one day

After years of dreaming of creating a blog to share my fitness content, I finally did it!

My husband asked me awhile back what I wanted to do for a career because we both knew a career change was coming. He asked me “well what do you enjoy doing?”

Without hesitation, I replied “working out!”. It’s not just a hobby for me, it’s something I’ve spent time learning and perfecting, and it is something that sets my soul on fire! I LOVE talking about it.

I want to help other women discover the strength that they have in them. I want to help them experience the mental clarity and confidence that comes from being active!
